Kali Xclusiv was born out of my personal struggle as a developing calisthenics athlete. The more I got into learning new skills, the more equipment I needed in my arsenal.
Paralettes, resistance bands, dip belt, rings and of course things to prevent injury like wrist wraps and elbow sleeves...That's when the problem became clear to me.
With all these additions to my training, packing and carrying them was awkward, messy and just looked like I had no idea what I was doing. And as a person who tends to lose focus quite easily, the chaos in my bag just amplified this.
I'm a person who needs structure and routine in order to thrive.
So I took all the things I didn't like about my current duffel bag, including the duffel bags available in the market, and decided to create my own.
The result was a durable, multi-use bag that did more than just bring structure to my training...It made me feel elite, almost like a high level chef unravelling his tools to cook up something fire.
That alone changed the way I approached my workouts and immediately felt an identity match to what I believe calisthenics to be...elite.
